You can only cancel pending transactions that have not been deposited into the beneficiary’s account. You can select the pending transactions you want to cancel on the “Notifications” tab. Once the transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
You can log in to the app at any time and go to the “Settings” section to change your mobile number.
If you have changed your mobile number and cannot use your old mobile number, please contact our customer service team through the email address registered with PayMe.
If you pass the balance to an existing PayMe friend (the person you paid), the money will be directly deposited into their PayMe account, and you can check the transaction record to verify the completed transaction. If you pass the count to a non-PayMe friend (select the contact in the phone address book or enter the payee’s mobile phone number), you can send PayLink via WhatsApp, or use the latest version of PayMe to send your personal PayLink, you can go to “My “Account” page and click the PayCode icon to get a personal PayLink.
If you receive an email without resetting the transaction password, please try to upgrade the PayMe app to the latest version through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
